ABOUT ME
|
My name is PEANUT. I was born in the summer of 2000 and was so small that Mama carried me around in a basket (not cool). I love to eat treats and go for walks. Did you see where it said I am a Dachshund? I'm really only half (on my paternal side). I got my biological father's good looks and attitude and my biological mother's size. Mama also "foot" trained me. That means that when she is busy cooking or doing dishes I just have to lay on her foot and she will rub on me with it. I lay down on everyone's feet trying to get attention! I also have a brother named Tad. He is a Sugar Glider. I want to eat him, so mama and daddy keep up far apart! I have 2 doggy sisters who have both gone to doggy heaven. Their names were Lucy and Olive Oyl.
I also became a taken man when I met my love, Magenta!!! She is a lovely girl from Texas and she stole me heart!! Check out the poem I wrote for my girl!!)

How could I know about what I'd been missing, My beautiful Magenta I'd much rather be kissing, I feel like a man who has truly been blessed, and since she's now my girlfriend my heart will just not rest, I think about her all the time, my smiling face you will always find, Mick Jaggar famously said, "I can't get no satisfaction", that's cause he never saw Magenta to get that satisfactory reaction!!

ABOUT MY OWNER(S)

Mama and Daddy are the best! She works in social services and Daddy has gone back to school (again). Daddy lets me lay under his legs and Mama always lets me curl up on her. I have a human sister named Natalie who is 10 years old. I always want to play with her, but sometimes I get carried away. Whenever any of my family tickle or touch one another I go on guard and give them a good chewing-out. Mama also says I'm the best doorbell ever!!!

Magenta, feet, getting a rub, patroling our street for new scents, pigs ears, playing with Daddy, sleeping in the big bed, barking, bread crust (and every other food), riding in cars, hanging out with my family, children, having my ears licked by my sisters (who have both gone to doggy heaven),and laying on Mama's heating pad

Baths, having my toe nails clipped, dog food (which I eat only when desperate), having my tail pulled, my leash (because I just want to run and run and run), college football games (because Mama and Daddy make too much noise when they cheer and it makes me bark), cats, the vet, being by myself, and any outside noise
